Some frequently asked questions.
What is your turn time?
We have a current turn time of two to three weeks, this is an estimate not a guarantee. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notice with tracking number. Our standard shipping is Priority Mail so orders are typically take about 3 days for delivery depending on location.
What is Kydex?
Kydex is the brand name of a thermoformable plastic (acrylic polyvinyl chloride). It is a durable heat shaped plastic used for making pistol holsters, knife sheaths and many other usable and durable products. Kydex thermoplastic sheet is a registered trademark of KYDEX, LLC. We heat the .080" thick Kydex blank in a heat press to it's point of becoming rubbery. We then form it to the pistol or pistol mold by putting it into a press and allowing it to cool. When it has cooled sufficiently we remove it from the press, cut it to shape, assemble and finish the edges.
Will a Kydex holster scratch my pistol?
Any holster you use will apply friction to the finish of your pistol. Whether it be leather, nylon or Kydex, eventually friction from dirt and debris will wear the finish the manufacturer used to coat the pistol. So it is important to keep the inside of your kydex holster clean. We also put a drop of gun oil on the inside of the holster for a silky smooth draw. Some manufacturers use very high quality coatings and probably won't show wear in your life time. If you are worried about wear on your nice shiny safe queen we suggest you leave it in there for it's protection.

What is a sweat shield?
A sweat shield is an extra flap on the back side of the holster that protects the pistol from sweat and oils from your body. It also makes the slide/rear sight area of the pistol if it has any hard corners a little more comfortable to wear. Because our holsters are each hand made made we can make half and combat cut sweat shield at your request.
Do you do custom, one-off orders?
If you have a specific need or idea in mind for your holster please contact us. We will enjoy the challenge of making a new product that fulfills your needs, whether it be for personal defense or competitive use. NOTE: Custom orders may not be returnable because of the one off nature of the build. But are still covered under our quality guarantee.
What is your warranty?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 15 days from the time you receive it to return it for a refund, minus a $10.00 shipping and handling charge . It must arrive in new and undamaged condition for a refund. We guarantee the material and craftsmanship of our holsters against normal wear and tear for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
